RVHPA club membership form and Woodrat site waiver

Everyone is required to sign this waiver before flying from Woodrat Mountain each flying season. A supply of waivers and a deposit box can be found in the LZ, or the PDF is available here. The PDF is an editable form, everything but your signature can be entered before printing.
